I recognise that training needs are individual – that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions and advice to help you achieve your goals. This being said, there are also group sessions available to accomodate each individual. Our training sessions can take place in your home, office or in an outdoor space such as a park – whatever works best for you and your schedule. To accompany our regular exercise sessions, I’ll also design you a specialised nutrition plan, to maximise your training results.

Alternatively, we provide an option for the training plan provided to suit your busy daily routine. Additionally, we provide a package deal which includes nutritional advice as well as the training regimes.
